Fresh Herb to Dried Herb – Conversion

General Rule: you will need about 1/3 the amount of dry herbs as fresh herbs

  • Ex. 1 Tbsp of fresh herbs = 1 tsp of dried herbs (because 1 Tbsp contains 3 tsp)
